Elisabeth Ann Moore

Attorney Elisabeth Ann Moore is an Associate at Kalfus & Nachman PC who focuses her practice on personal injury matters. She is committed to helping injured Virginians understand their options, navigate the insurance process, and pursue fair compensation after accidents caused by negligence.

Ms. Moore is known for a client-centered, communication-first approach. She takes the time to learn what her clients are dealing with day to day, gather the details that matter, and explain the legal process in a clear, practical way so they know what to expect as a case moves forward. She also works with urgency, recognizing that each day after an injury matters and that unnecessary delays can make the recovery process feel even harder. Her goal is to guide clients toward fair and meaningful outcomes, while ensuring they feel supported throughout the process.

Before joining the firm, Ms. Moore built a diverse legal background that includes several years representing plaintiffs in auto accident cases, along with experience in criminal defense, estate planning, and guardianship matters. Earlier in her career, she also served her community through internships with organizations including the Legal Aid Society of Eastern Virginia. Ms. Moore brings additional perspective from a distinguished 26-year career in the United States Navy, where she served as a Surface Warfare Officer. Her work alongside JAG attorneys in the military inspired her to pursue the practice of law.

Ms. Moore is a member of the Virginia State Bar and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. She is also bilingual in Spanish.
