We are excited to announce that our impressive team has recently grown with the addition of the highly talented and reputable Attorney Brian A. Thomasson.
Brian A. Thomasson, Esq., has been practicing law in Virginia since 1998. Only a year prior, he graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law and quickly passed the bar in Ohio. He decided to move back to Virginia not long after, though, and was licensed to practice law in that state, too. Not one to limit his achievements, though, Attorney Thomasson was admitted to the District of Columbia bar by the District of Columbia Court of Appeals in 1999.
Beyond his many years of practice experience, Attorney Brian Thomasson is also a recognized name for his many professional achievements and awards. He has been selected as a Super Lawyers® member, a Virginia Legal Elite member, and a National Academy of Criminal Defense Attorneys member. Attorney Thomasson has also been recognized by Best Lawyers in America® and Top Lawyers by Richmond Magazine. Some of Attorney Thomasson’s works have been published for The Journal of Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, too.
In his personal time, Brian is an active karate student, having earned multiple black belts in various styles, such as Shorin Ryu, American Freestyle, Modakwon Tae Kwon Do, and Sport Karate. He and his son have even competed in multiple karate events and competitions, both individually and as a team. Excitingly, he has won several tournaments, including a Grand Champion title. To branch out a bit, Brian and his son have also competed in the World Axe Throwing League.
