A man was struck by a vehicle and seriously injured on October 3, 2018 near Military Circle Mall.
The accident happened in the 800 block of N. Military Highway, just after 1 p.m. A map provided by the Norfolk police appeared to indicate the accent occurred right across from the mall.
Police said individual who was injured was a 44-year-old man who was taken to the hospital with serious injuries. The man is currently in stable condition.
The driver of the vehicle who hit the man stayed on scene and was not injured. The investigation is ongoing.
