Attorney Seth D. Scott is proud to be a member of Kalfus & Nachman PC. He embodies our law firm’s principles of honesty, integrity, and professionalism when representing the wrongfully injured. As a personal injury attorney, Seth helps guide our clients to favorable resolutions that provide fair compensation and damages.
Growing up in and around Virginia Beach, Seth feels a connection to the region and our clients today, which encourages him even further to do his best when representing them. He graduated George Mason University in Fairfax before attending University of Richmond TC Williams School of Law, where he completed his Juris Doctorate and graduated cum laude.
Right out of law school, Seth was already making impressions in local legal circles. In 2016, he earned the distinguished title of a Virginia Rising Stars member by Super Lawyers®, which is a title reserved for no more than 2.5% of practicing attorneys in Virginia.
When he is not digging into a difficult case for our clients, Seth usually relaxes by watching baseball, George Mason University Basketball, or traveling out-of-town for a getaway.
