Massimo Morabito

Attorney Massimo Morabito is an Associate Attorney at Kalfus & Nachman PC. Before coming to the firm, he handled many high-profile and high-stakes injury claims for clients, including a lawsuit against the City of Hampton (Virginia) and a medical malpractice lawsuit that ended with a confidential $1.8 million result for the client. He brings his knowledge, tenacity, and experience with him to every case he handles for our firm today.

Both his peers and clients agree that Attorney Morabito makes for a strong lawyer due to his sharp analytical skills. No legal docket is too dense with legalese for him to pick apart and put back together while forming a case for his client. He is also known for his direct and logical approach to casework that keeps processes moving and oppositions off-balance. Attorney Morabito is also known for making his clients feel confident about their cases, in part by explaining complicated legal concepts in easily digestible terms.

Massimo attended Tidewater Community College in Virginia Beach before going to the University of Virginia for his undergraduate degree in philosophy. He then completed his J.D. at the University of Virginia School of Law.

Having grown up in Hampton, Virginia, Attorney Morabito enjoys being able to give back to his community today by offering reliable legal counsel to locals in the area. In his free time, Massimo often fishes, plays poker with his friends, and spends time with his family and nephew.
