Paul R. Hernandez

Attorney

Respected Personal Injury Lawyer in Norfolk

Attorney Paul R. Hernandez is a partner at Kalfus & Nachman, litigating on behalf of clients in personal injury cases. He views himself not as a client’s lawyer, but as their advisor, friend, and equal. He prides himself on telling it like it is, good or bad, and his clients can trust him to do just that. He is detail-oriented and likes to over-prepare his clients throughout the duration of their cases, ensuring that they feel comfortable with his approach. His clients appreciate his easy-to-understand explanations and lack of legal jargon. His primary goal is recovering the maximum in damages and helping his clients feel vindicated.

Mr. Hernandez, a Virginia native, majored in finance with a minor in accounting at Old Dominion University. He earned his law degree from Cleveland State University Cleveland-Marshall College of Law but also spent a year of his law school career at the College of William and Mary Marshall-Wythe School of Law. On a local level, he works with the Casey Feldman Foundation, speaking to students at area schools about the dangers of distracted driving. He also lends his legal knowledge to WAVY TV’s The Hampton Roads Show’s “Legal Matters” segment and is a frequent guest on WTKR TV’s Coast Live show. In his off-time, he loves to exercise and is an avid runner, participating in many local races. He also enjoys spending time with his family and visiting the beautiful waters of Virginia Beach.
