Early Social Security Disability Benefits

Did you know that if you are injured or ill to the point that you can't return to work, you may be eligible to receive Social Security Disability benefits? Unfortunately the majority of people who apply for early social security benefits are denied a minimum of two times.

If you are unable to work due to a physical or mental impairment you may need a qualified and experienced social security lawyer to assist in the claims process. Unsure if your ailment qualifies? Take a look at our social security disability sections to learn about common physical, mental and pain impairments that may qualify for early benefit.

View our social security disability questions page to learn more or contact our offices directly for an initial consultation. We look forward to assisting you in the claims process.
