High School Student Critically Injured Not Wearing Seat Belt in Williamsburg

Just recently Attorney Paul Hernandez did a segment on WAVY Hampton Roads Show “100 Deadliest Days of Summer”. He spoke about the hazardous of young drivers being on the road during the summer months.

Just yesterday a 17-year-old who attends Warhill High School was critically injured in a car crash with a passenger.

The driver of the vehicle was an 18-year-old student at the same high school. He was driving the car and ran off the road and the car hit a sign and flipped several times. The driver sustained no injuries, but the passenger who was not wearing his seat belt was pinned under the car.

He is being treated at MCV in Richmond, where he remains in critical condition.
