Paul R. Hernandez
Being a native of Virginia, Paul attended Old Dominion University where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, while minoring in Accounting. He then attended Cleveland State University - Cleveland Marshall College of Law and received his law degree. His last year of law school was spent at the College of William & Mary Marshall - Wythe School of Law.
Paul is a member of both the Virginia State Bar and NC State Bar, Norfolk Portsmouth Bar Association, American Association for Justice (AAJ), Virginia Trial Lawyers Association (VTLA) and the NC Academy of Trial Lawyers (NCATL). He is a strong supporter of the VTLA and very active in many committees. He enjoys a very active litigation practice in Virginia and NC, representing individuals injured by the wrongdoing of others. Paul handles a heavy amount of cases referred to him from other attorneys around the country. When away from the office, Paul enjoys spending time with his daughter, physical fitness, kite surfing & long weekends on the NC Outer Banks with friends and family.
