Excess Zinc Buildup from Dental Cream Usage May Be Harming Consumers Even Today!

Law firms that fight for victims' rights are developing product liability lawsuits alleging that denture cream products cause zinc buildup in the body. Long-term usage of the product leads to problems because copper and zinc compete to bind to receptors in the victim’s body, and the body then expels the copper that is not absorbed. This zinc buildup leads to neurological problems.

People who have used the denture cream range from the elderly, who may use a full set of dentures, to younger individuals who use the cream for bridges and other devises.

GlaxoSmithKline PLC and Proctor & Gamble Company are among the manufacturers who have been identified as potential defendants. In fact, there are cases pending in federal courts in California, Colorado, Florida, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and Kentucky naming these businesses or their subsidiaries as defendants.

If you believe you may have been impaired as a result of denture cream usage, and you have been using the cream for a prolonged period of time, please call us at Kalfus and Nachman, PC. Stand Up For Your Rights-Show These Companies They Should Have Cared More!
